before restore Database in db2
login as db2<SID>
# db2start
# db2 restore database <SID> from /<taken backup location>
*******After restore database we need to apply archive logs to database******
#db2 rollforward db <SID> to end of logs
********* if there is no logs to apply please enter below command before connect DATABASE or SAP************
#db2 rollforward db <SID> COMPLETE
